Pomeroy Place is a luxury apartment development consisting of two towers.
Tower 1 is 16 storeys in height and offers 376 237 units. Tower 2 is 15 storeys in height, with 197 units. The complex has a 3 level parking deck, providing ample parking spaces for residents.
The buildings were designed with sustainable practices, including low-E windows, energy conserving lighting, and a high-efficiency HVAC system.
