The Shelldale crescent permanent supportive housing project is currently under construction. Once completed, it will offer 32 studio apartment units for those who are facing homelessness or housing instability in the City of Guelph. To offer further affordability, 16 of the units will be funded by the Social Services Relief Fund.
The building has been designed to be cost-effective and durable to allow for below market rents, and to manage operating costs moving forward.
Amenity spaces include bicycle parking, a laundry room, storage lockers, and a common area for residents.
