Once completed, this new development will bring 30 1 and 2-bedroom affordable housing units to the City of Cambridge. The building is owned by the K-W Urban Native Wigwam Project (KWUNWP), with the goal of providing culturally safe and affordable housing for the indigenous (FNMI) community in Waterloo Region.
The building is 5-Storeys, and includes amenity space for residents including a rooftop terrace, a community room, a lounge, a communial laundry room, and a management office.
SRM has assisted the KWUNWP with obtaining all Municipal Approvals required for the success of the project, and managing the Consultant team to help ensure the project is completed quickly and efficiently.
