Completed in 2019, this project involved the interior demolition of a number of existing tenant suites in order to inject vibrancy and life into this old building.
The upper floors were renovated to accommodate future office tenants, while the main floor has been converted to accommodate a future restaurant tenant.
The exterior was re-cladded to give the building a more modern presence at street level.
Given the age and configuration of the building, there were a number of upgrades required to ensure adherence to the Ontario Building Code.
