This 8-Storey, 60-Unit Affordable Housing Development was completed in 2023, bringing much needed affordable housing to the City of Hamilton.
Amenity Spaces include a move-in room, general purpose room, laundry room, and storage.
The building was designed as “Passive House Inspired”, borrowing many of the Passive House certification requirements such as high-quality building envelope design, triple pane windows, good R-Values on walls, and roof, limited use of natural gas, “right-sizing” of spaces, and a VRF mechanical system. These energy efficient design decisions will help to control operating costs for the building moving forward.
