Located near Conestoga Parkway, 510 Weber showcases a newly re-purposed, one-storey building which is currently occupied by an accounting firm.
Sleek new aluminium metal paneling is juxtaposed over the original re-pointed red brick exterior, bringing an elegance to the new design aesthetic, while showing sensitivity to the original building exterior. Existing exterior concrete block was refaced with a contemporarily designed EIFS façade.
Modern upgrades to the exterior include larger, energy-efficient windows and skylights, which bring natural light into the new open concept interiors. Upgrades to the HVAC system included new rooft²op units and upgraded zoning and distribution.
Modern light fixtures and fittings have been carefully selected throughout, bringing the same level of sophistication to the interior. The new office space includes large washrooms, a cafeteria, print/copy rooms, and meeting rooms.
