Located at the corner of Shellard Lane and Conklin Road in Brantford, this new development consists of 4, 4-storey apartment buildings, with a mix of underground and surface parking.
Amenity space has been provided for residents in the form of a 2,000 ft² amenity building with a gym and lounge area. An additional 3,500 ft² of outdoor patio, playground, and seating space has also been provided.
