This project was completed under the Certificate of Practice issued to Michael Spaziani Architect Inc., prior to their merging with SRM Architects Inc.
This 5-storey luxury condominium building was completed in December of 2021. The building offers 42 1-3 bedroom suites. 63 parking stalls have been provided through a mix of underground and surface parking. Amenities include an outdoor patio with a BBQ area, indoor lounge, and storage lockers. Each unit also has a private balcony area.
The building was designed with a pre-cast concrete floor system and steel superstructure. Exterior finishes include stone and clay, as well as aluminum siding.
