The original design of this project was completed by Joseph G.A. Colonna Architect Inc. SRM took over this project during the Site Plan Approval phase. This modern, 6-storey, 37 suite building is located just off of the Merritt Trail and waterfront in St. Catherine.
It offers a variety of luxury units, ranging in size from 1200 ft² to 2600 ft². The building was designed with a grand three-storey glass lobby featuring a water-fall wall and courtyard lookout. Amenities for tenants include a rooft²op terrace, party room, a fitness centre, and BBQ stations. Parking is provided with two secure interior levels, and includes a number of EV charging stations.
