This 32-storey, luxury apartment building in Downtown London, Ontario was completed in 2021. It offers 175 1 and 2 bedroom rental units.
On the main floor, a large, glass lobby area opens up to a hardscaped outdoor plaza. The outdoor plaza area is to serve as a flex-space where both pedestrians and vehicular traffic can be accommodated. Commercial space is also provided along the ground floor.
The point-tower exhibits a distinctly modern design with extensive glazing on all elevations, in addition to the offset-angled balcony projections which give the tower a distinctive presence in the London skyline.
