This 21,500 ft² office renovation for Trillium Mutual Insurance Company was designed to consolidate two existing buildings into one single-storey facility.
The building features traditional office spaces, including training rooms, meeting rooms and a staff lunch room.
The building achieved LEED Gold status through the use of water efficient landscaping, innovative wastewater technologies, fundamental refrigerant management, and recycled content.
