This total precast apartment building was completed in 2022. It offers 286 residential units with shared amenity space and active retail business frontage.
The project is a prime example of transformation of an underutilized urban core site in a very close proximity to many city center amenities, active and public transportation hubs and routes.
From Cladding to Finishes the project design incorporates the latest innovative construction materials including; thermally broken aluminum framed insulated glazing units, low voltage LED lighting fixtures, low flow plumbing fixtures, storm-water management system, high efficiency Heating and cooling systems.
